David has worked in horticulture all his life and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. His specialist interest is in bedding plants and baskets and he personally oversees the cultivation of stock on Springwell's four-acre site.

Rick has worked for Springwell Nursery since 2003. He has had a lifelong passion for the outdoors and has built up a wealth of experience through having his own gardens and allotments as well as working in the horticultural industry. Rick's speciality is growing and nurturing hardy plants.
